Unable to link the correct account

If you are unable to link your correct account (whether you were banned, lost access to your account, or in some other way are unable to link your correct account), please ensure you are logged into the correct account and try clearing your cache. 

If those steps do not work, please submit a ticket through BotGhost's Help Center, including all information listed below in your ticket.

Required Information

To help you link your old BotGhost account, information about your account is needed. In your ticket, please supply the following:

1. The Discord User ID (not username) associated with your old BotGhost account (if you've linked your account with Discord)
2. One of your BotGhost bots' Discord App ID (not username or bot token)
3. Email associated with your new BotGhost account
4. Discord User ID (not username) associated with your new BotGhost account
