Unable to login to your account
If you are unable to log into your account and have lost access to any backup login methods, you'll need to request an account transfer by following the steps listed below.
Request Account Transfer
- Create a new BotGhost account.
- Open a support ticket in the BotGhost Help Center by clicking here. Include all the information listed in the section below.
Required Information
In order to transfer your old BotGhost account, some information about your account is required. In your support ticket, please supply the following:
- The Discord User ID (not username) associated with your old BotGhost account (if you've linked your account with Discord)
- One of your BotGhost bots' Discord App ID (not username or bot token)
- Email associated with your new BotGhost account
- Discord User ID (not username) associated with your new BotGhost account

A: A Discord User/App ID is a unique number associated with your or your bot's account. To retrieve it, follow the instructions in this Discord guide.
Q: What bot should I copy an ID from?
A: Please supply the ID of a bot that was previously associated with your old BotGhost account.
Q: Do I have to create a new account?
A: Yes. Please create a new BotGhost account before opening a support ticket for your old account's data to be transferred to.
Q: Will the data on the account I want to transfer to be lost?
A: Yes. Any data on the account you want to transfer to will be overwritten with the data from your old account.
