Creating a new BotGhost account

Creating a new BotGhost account is quick and simple. You can create your account using one of the available login methods. If you previously had a BotGhost account tied to your Discord account, you can also migrate it afterwards.

 Sign Up with Magic Link

1. Navigate to the BotGhost Login Page.

2. Enter your email address in the login box.

3. Click Send Magic Link.

4. Check your email inbox for the verification email from BotGhost.

5. Click the Magic Link in the email to instantly log in and create your account.

6. You will be redirected to your BotGhost dashboard.

Sign Up with Social Login (Google/X)

1. On the login page, choose one of the available social login options (Google or X).
2. Authorize BotGhost to access your account details.
3. You will automatically be logged in and redirected to your dashboard.

Migrating an Existing Account 

If you already had a BotGhost account linked to your Discord account, you can migrate it to your new BotGhost account.

Q: Can I create a BotGhost account without a Discord account?
A: Yes! You can create a BotGhost account using a Magic Link sent to your email or by using a social login option. However, linking your Discord account allows you to manage bots more easily and migrate existing accounts.

Q: How does the Magic Link login work?
A: When you enter your email and click Send Magic Link, BotGhost emails you a secure link. Clicking this link verifies your identity and logs you in automatically — no password needed.

Q: I didn’t receive my Magic Link email. What should I do?
A:

• Check your spam or junk folder.

• Ensure you entered the correct email address.

• Request a new Magic Link from the login page

Q: Is it safe to log in using Magic Link or social login?
A: Yes. BotGhost uses secure authentication methods. The Magic Link expires after a short period and social login credentials are handled through trusted providers like Google. 

Q: What happens if I click an expired Magic Link?
A: Magic Links expire shortly after they are sent. If you click an expired link, simply request a new Magic Link from the login page.

Q: Can I revoke access to my social login if I no longer want to use it?
A: Yes. You can remove or disconnect your social login from the provider’s account settings. You may then log in using a Magic Link instead.
