Resolving Failed Payments
- If your payment fails multiple times, you will receive an email from Stripe, containing information on how to retry your failed payment.
- If the payment is blocked by your bank, you will have to contact them to request that they approve (remove any restriction) on the payment for the subscription.
- If you did not have enough funds on your account, you’ll need to add sufficient funds to your payment method before retrying.
