How to purchase a subscription

A BotGhost Premium or Priority Hosting subscription can be purchased through your bot's dashboard.


Please note: BotGhost does not accept any other methods of payment for our subscriptions.


BotGhost Premium

  1. Log in to your account on the BotGhost Dashboard.
  2. From the left-hand menu, navigate to the Premium tab.
  3. Choose a plan type:
    • Single Bot Subscriptions (Monthly or Yearly): Upgrade one bot to Premium.
    • Unlimited Bots Subscriptions (Monthly or Yearly): Unlock Premium for all of your bots!
  4. Select your preferred plan and follow the checkout flow.
  5. Once your purchase is complete, your bot(s) will be automatically upgraded to Premium (a page refresh may be required).


BotGhost Priority Hosting

  1. Log in to your account on the BotGhost Dashboard.
  2. From the left-hand menu, navigate to the Priority Hosting tab.
  3. Click 'Upgrade Now' and follow the checkout flow.
  4. Once your purchase is complete, all of your bots will be upgraded to Priority Hosting servers after a restart!


Important Information

  • Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • If you’re in a different currency, your bank or payment processor will handle conversion and any additional fees.
  • Accepted payment methods can be found in the Payment Methods article.
  • If you made your purchase before March 15, 2025, your bots will not be automatically upgraded. Instead, Premium tokens will be added to your account and can be activated on any of your bots.


Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How do I activate Premium on my bot after purchasing?
A: After checkout, if you purchased an Unlimited Bots subscription, all of your bots will be upgraded automatically. If you purchased a Single Bot subscription, a Premium token will be automatically added to your account. Simply apply them to the bot you want from the bot's Settings page.


Q: Can I upgrade a bot I collaborate on but don’t own?
A: No, you can only apply Premium or Priority Hosting to bots you created on your account.


Q: Does a BotGhost Premium subscription include access to Priority Hosting?

A: No, Priority Hosting is a separate subscription and is not included in Premium plans. You can purchase a Priority Hosting subscription for all of your bots on the Priority Hosting page on the BotGhost Dashboard.


Q: What payment methods are accepted?
A: BotGhost accepts a wide range of payment methods. Please refer to the Payment Methods article for the available options for BotGhost's Premium and Priority Hosting subscriptions. 


Q: Can I cancel my subscription any time?
A: Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time by following the steps in the How to Cancel Your Subscription article [hyperlink]. Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle


Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: BotGhost offers refunds in accordance with the Refund Eligibility Criteria article. To request a refund, please refer to the How to Request a Refund article.


Q: Does Premium apply to all my bots automatically?
A: Only if you choose the Unlimited Bots plan. Otherwise, tokens must be applied individually to single bots.


Q: Does Priority Hosting apply to all my bots automatically?
A: Yes! Priority Hosting is a single subscription that applies to all bots created on your BotGhost account!
