BotGhost Premium and Priority Hosting plans can only be purchased through your bot’s dashboard.

Please note: BotGhost does not accept direct payments such as bank transfers, PayPal, or similar services.

You can subscribe using:

  • Credit or debit card (CVV/CVC required)
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay

  • Available payment methods may vary depending on your location or device.

Q: How can I purchase a Premium or Priority Hosting subscription?
A: Subscriptions can only be purchased through your bot’s dashboard.

Q: Can I pay with PayPal, direct bank transfer, or other services?
A: No. BotGhost does not accept PayPal, direct bank transfers, or similar services.

A: No. BotGhost does not accept any form of cryptocurrency.


Q: Do you accept crypto? 
A: No. BotGhost does not accept any form of crypto as payment method.

Q: Can I use Apple Pay?
A: Yes. Apple Pay is supported on compatible Apple devices and browsers (such as Safari on iPhone, iPad, or Mac). Availability depends on your region.
 

Q: Can I use Google Pay?
A: Yes. Google Pay is available on supported Android devices and browsers (such as Chrome) in regions where Google Pay is supported.
 

Q: Why don’t I see Apple Pay or Google Pay as an option?
A: Payment options depend on your device and location. For example, Apple Pay only appears on Apple devices with Apple Pay enabled, and Google Pay only appears on supported Android devices.
 

Q: My credit card isn’t working. What should I do?
A: Try these troubleshooting steps:

  • Double-check that your card details (number, expiry date, CVV/CVC) are correct.

  • Make sure your card is enabled for online payments.

  • Try another card if available.
     

Q: Can I request a different payment method?
A: No. We can only offer the standard payment methods listed above.
