Activating your subscription after trial

A BotGhost Premium subscription can be activated directly from your bot’s dashboard once your trial ends.

Activate Your Premium Subscription

Once your trial is over:

• If you purchased a Single Bot subscription, Premium tokens will be automatically added to your account. Simply apply them to the bot you want from the bot's Settings page.
  
• If you purchased an Unlimited Bots subscription, all of your bots will be upgraded automatically.

Important Information

• If your subscription was purchased before March 15, 2025, your bots will not be automatically upgraded. Follow these instructions instead:
  1. From the left-hand menu, navigate to a bot's Settings page.
  2. Look for the "Premium Tokens Available" banner at the top.
  3. Click Upgrade Bot to activate Premium on that bot.
• Only bots you created on your account can be upgraded—you can't apply Premium to bots you're collaborating on.
• If a bot already has a Premium free trial activated, you must wait until that expires before using a purchased subscription on the same bot.
• As long as the subscription remains active, the Premium features will remain available on your bots. You don't need to take any further action after the subscription is activated.

Q: My bot hasn’t upgraded after purchase—what do I do?
A: If your subscription was purchased after March 15, 2025, your bots are upgrade automatically (on the unlimited plans only). Try refreshing your dashboard. If it still doesn’t, ensure the bot is not one you’re merely collaborating on.

Q: What if I want to upgrade multiple bots?
A: After March 15, 2025, all bots are automatically upgraded (with an Unlimited Bots subscription). For older subscriptions, you must apply tokens on each bot individually from their Settings page.
