How to request a refund

This guide explains how to request a refund for your BotGhost subscription, incudcing eligibility requirements, and how to submit a support ticket within the required timeframe. 


Before submitting a refund request, ensure your purchase meets BotGhost's Refund Eligibility Criteria.


Submit a Refund Request via Stripe

The Stripe subscription portal is the fastest way to get a refund for your BotGhost account.

  1. Navigate to the Stripe login page.
  2. Log in using the email associated with your BotGhost subscription.
  3. Navigate to the Current Subscriptions section.
  4. Locate the subscription payment you want refunded.
  5. Click Request Refund.
  6. Confirm the refund details and submit your request.
  7. Wait for confirmation from BotGhost and your will be completed.
     

Note: Refunds requested through Stripe are often processed faster than other methods. 


Submit a Support Ticket

If you cannot process the refund directly via Stripe, submit a support ticket on the BotGhost Help Center within 7 days of payment.

  1. Navigate to the BotGhost Help Center and create a new support ticket.
  2. Select the Billing > Request a refund category and choose your subscription type.
  3. Enter the email address associated with your BotGhost account.
  4. Include any additional details/notes and submit!

  • Always submit your ticket within 7 days of payment to ensure eligibility.

  • Double-check that you are logged into the correct account associated with the subscription.

  • Stripe refunds are faster and preferred when available.

A: Access to Premium features will continue until the refund is processed and completed. Once approved, subscription features will be revoked.
