Refund eligibility criteria
After being billed for your BotGhost Premium or Priority Hosting subscription, you have a 7-day refund guarantee period. In this period, you may request a refund at any time by creating a ticket through your self-serve subscription portal. Refund requests cannot be made more than 7 days after the start of your most recent billing cycle.
Refunding a Premium Gift
If you have purchased a Premium Gift, you may request a refund as long as the gift has not been claimed.
Premium Trials
If you are on a $1 Premium trial, your 7-day refund guarantee begins once the trial is complete and you make your first full payment. The $1 trial fee is non-refundable. Cancelling during your trial period will simply stop further charges.
What can be refunded
- Premium subscriptions purchased or renewed less than 7 days ago.
- Priority Hosting subscriptions purchased or renewed less than 7 days ago.
- Unclaimed Premium Gifts.
What can't be refunded
- Premium subscriptions purchased or renewed more than 7 days ago.
- Priority Hosting subscriptions purchased or renewed more than 7 days ago.
- Premium Gifts that have already been claimed.
- All Premium trials.
