How to view and download your invoices
You can manage your BotGhost subscription and view invoices through either Chargebee or Stripe, depending on when your subscription was purchased. Follow the steps below to quickly find and download your subscription invoices.
Determining your subscription portal
BotGhost uses 2 different subscription management portals depending on the type of subscription your purchased and when you purchased it.
- Log in to your account on the BotGhost Dashboard.
- Use the left-hand menu to navigate to the Settings tab.
- Scroll down to the Bot Subscription Options section and click the Manage Subscription button.
Chargebee Customer Portal
- Enter the email address associated with your BotGhost subscription to log in.
- Check your email for a verification code to access the Chargebee portal.
- Enter the code to verify your email and log in.
- From your subscription management page, select the Billing History option.
- You'll be shown a list of all your transactions and an option download their invoices.
Stripe Customer Portal
- Enter the email associated with your BotGhost subscription to log in.
- Check your email for a verification link to access the Stripe portal.
- Click the redirect link and you'll be met with the page shown below.
- Select the invoice you wish to view and you'll be able to download your receipt/invoice.
