How to update or remove a payment method
If you would like to update or remove a payment method for your BotGhost subscription, please follow the following steps:
Set Payment Method As Default
Setting a payment method as default makes it the primary method for billing. Other methods will be used only if the default fails.
- Navigate to the Premium tab on your BotGhost Dashboard and click View Billing Portal to log into your subscription portal.
- Once logged in, you'll see the page shown below. Click the "⋯" button beside the payment method you would like to set as default.
- Click the Make default button.
Delete Payment Method
Deleting a payment method removes it from your subscription portal and it will no longer be used for billing.
- Navigate to the Premium tab on your BotGhost Dashboard and click View Billing Portal to log into your subscription portal.
- Once logged in, you'll see the page shown below. Click the "⋯" button beside the payment method you would like to delete.
- Click the Delete button.
- In the confirmation box, click Delete payment method.
