How to request an account termination

If you would like to request termination of your BotGhost account, please submit a ticket though the BotGhost Help Center with the same email that your account is registered under.


Important Information

  • If you do not have access to your old email, please follow the instructions in the Unable to login to your account article first. 
  • Before submitting a ticket, cancel any Premium or Priority Hosting subscriptions you have. 
  • You will receive a response in a maximum of 30 days as per the GDPR requirements.


Please note that account termination is permanent and cannot be undone.
