Transfer Premium subscription

You can easily transfer an active BotGhost Premium subscription to another BotGhost account along with your bots via a support request ticket.


How to Request Transfer

  1. Visit the BotGhost Help Center and create a new ticket (make sure you're signed in with the email associated with the BotGhost account you want to transfer).
  2. Choose BotGhost Premium as your service.
  3. Briefly describe your request and fill out the prompted fields, including all neccessary details.
  4. Submit your ticket. You'll receive a reply within an average of 48 hours.


Important Information

  • Only paid subscriptions (excluding trials) can be transferred.
  • Bots tied to a subscription can also be transferred to another account upon request.

Q: What kind of Premium can I transfer?
A: Only active paid Premium subscriptions. Premium trials are not eligible.


Q: Will my bots be transferred too?
A: Yes—along with the paid Premium subscription, your bots (that belong to your account) can be transferred via the support ticket.
