Transfer Premium subscription
You can easily transfer an active BotGhost Premium subscription to another BotGhost account along with your bots via a support request ticket.
How to Request Transfer
- Visit the BotGhost Help Center and create a new ticket (make sure you're signed in with the email associated with the BotGhost account you want to transfer).
- Choose BotGhost Premium as your service.
- Briefly describe your request and fill out the prompted fields, including all neccessary details.
- Submit your ticket. You'll receive a reply within an average of 48 hours.
Important Information
- Only paid subscriptions (excluding trials) can be transferred.
- Bots tied to a subscription can also be transferred to another account upon request.
