How to cancel your subscription
You can cancel your BotGhost Premium or Priority Hosting subscription at any time using the self-service subscription portal.
Steps to Cancel Subscription
- Log in to your BotGhost dashboard.
- From the left-hand menu, navigate to a bot's Settings page.
- Click the Manage Subscription button to access your self-serve subscription portal (Stripe or Chargebee).
- In the portal, find the option to cancel your subscription or turn off auto-renewal and follow the provided prompts.
Important Information
- Cancelling a subscription doesn't remove your access immediately. You'll still have access to all features until the end of the current billing period.
- No refunds are issued when you when you disable auto-renewal.
