The amount of time it takes for you to see any refunds appear on your account varies based on what method you used to request your refund. BotGhost strives to respond to and issue refunds as quickly as possible.
Refunds Requested Through your Subscription Portal
If you requested your refund through the Stripe self-serve subscription portal, the refund process will be immediately initiated as long as you meet the Refund eligibility criteria. You'll see the refund appear on your bank account within 3-10 business days.
Refunds Requested Through Support Tickets
If you requested a refund through a support ticket on the BotGhost Help Center, please allow up to 5 business days for communication regarding your refund request. If you met Refund eligibility criteria at the time of ticket submission, your request will be accepted and you'll see the refund appear on your bank account within 3-10 business days.
