How to upgrade your subscription

You can easily upgrade your BotGhost subscription—whether it's Premium or Priority Hosting—through your bot’s dashboard.

Available Plans

• BotGhost Premium:
  • Single Bot Subscription (Monthly or Yearly): Provides Premium tokens to upgrade individual bots. 
  • Unlimited Bots Subscription (Monthly or Yearly): Upgrades all of your bots to Premium.
• Priority Hosting (Monthly or Yearly): Elevates all of your bots to high-performance servers with VIP access and advanced support.

How to Upgrade

1. Log in to your account on the BotGhost Dashboard.
2. Use the left-hand menu to navigate to either the Premium or Priority Hosting tab.
3. Choose your preferred plan and follow the checkout flow.
4. All your bots will be automatically upgraded—just refresh your browser to access the Premium features!

Important Information

• Only bots created on your account can be upgraded—bots you’re collaborating on cannot be.
• If your bot is already on a free Premium trial, you must wait for it to expire before applying a purchased Premium token.

Q: Will my bots automatically upgrade after subscribing to Premium?
A: Yes—if your Premium subscription was purchased after March 15, 2025, all eligible bots on your account will be upgraded automatically (refresh your browser to see changes).

Q: What about subscriptions purchased before March 15, 2025?
A: You’ll need to go to the specific bot’s Settings page. Look for a banner labeled “Premium Tokens Available” and click 'Upgrade Bot' to activate Premium on that bot.

Q: Are there limits on which bots can be upgraded?
A: Yes:

• Bots you've already upgraded (either with Premium or on a free trial) won’t be eligible again.
• Bots created by someone else (even if you collaborate) cannot be upgraded with your subscription.

Q: How can I manage or edit my subscription?
A: Navigate to the self-serve customer portal from the Premium page on your BotGhost Dashboard:

• Stripe Portal for Premium subscriptions purchased after March 15, 2025, and for all Priority Hosting plans.
• Chargebee Portal for Premium plans purchased before March 15, 2025.
