Turning off auto-renewal
You can disable automatic renewal for your BotGhost Premium or Priority Hosting subscription at any time using the self-serve subscription portal.
Steps to Turn Off Auto-Renewal
- Log in to your BotGhost dashboard.
- From the left-hand menu, navigate to a bot's Settings page.
- Click the Manage Subscription button to access your self-serve subscription portal.
- In the portal, find the option to cancel your subscription and follow the provided prompts.
Important Information
- Cancelling a subscription doesn't remove your access immediately. You'll still have access to all features until the end of the current billing period.
- No refunds are issued when you cancel. Auto-renewal will simply be disabled and your subscription will expire at the end of your current billing period.
- BotGhost doesn't offer a way to disable auto-renewal without fully cancelling your subscription.
